Engineering the Future of Business with AI

About Oxytal

Quality was priced out of reach. So we changed the price.

We help ambitious businesses modernise technology, improve digital operations and adopt AI — without the cost and complexity of building everything in-house. We began in 2021, and the reason we began is still the reason we win work.

2021

Built around one question about cost and quality.

Why we exist

The founding problem

Customers were struggling with the high implementation costs needed to achieve quality. Not the cost of ideas, or of strategy decks — the cost of actually building the thing properly, to a standard that would survive contact with real users and real load.

Most agencies resolve that tension by quietly lowering the standard. We started Oxytal in 2021 to resolve it the other way: keep an extreme focus on quality and change what it costs to deliver.

That is also why Oxytal is structured the way it is. Oxytal Limited in Co Cork and Oxytal India Private Limited are two entities running one delivery process, one set of standards and one definition of done. The structure is not an outsourcing arrangement bolted on afterwards — it is the mechanism that makes the founding promise arithmetic rather than marketing.

Our Journey
  1. 2021 — Founded

    The Beginning

Oxytal was founded with a clear ambition: bridge the gap between business ambition and technical execution. Starting with strategy, user experience and engineering, we set out to turn complex ideas into digital products that create real business value.

  2. 2022 — Expansion

    Growing Across Industries

We expanded our work across industries — from global beverage brands to education and emerging businesses. Our focus remained the same: understand the challenge, design the right experience and build technology that delivers measurable outcomes.

  3. 2023 — Cloud

    Engineering Beyond the Application

Our capabilities expanded beyond application development into cloud architecture and engineering. We began integrating AWS services into client solutions, building more scalable, resilient and connected digital platforms — and strengthening our ability to own the technology lifecycle end to end.

  4. 2024 — Products

From Building for Clients to Building Our Own

We continued expanding our product journey with SamVault and Kollabry, extending our technology portfolio into new areas. At the same time, Oxytal continued evolving across AI, cloud, digital commerce, enterprise integration and application engineering. Today, we are building Oxytal as more than a digital agency — a technology partner helping organisations become Future Ready. Today.

  5. 2025 — AI-First

    A New Way of Engineering

AI became an integral part of how we think about technology — not simply another capability we offer. We began embedding AI into engineering, automation, quality and product development, exploring how specialised AI agents can work alongside our teams to accelerate delivery while keeping people in control.

  6. 2026 — Product Ecosystem

    Building Beyond Client Delivery

We continued expanding our product journey with SamVault and Kollabry, extending our technology portfolio into new areas. At the same time, Oxytal continued evolving across AI, cloud, digital commerce, enterprise integration and application engineering. Today, we are building Oxytal as more than a digital agency — a technology partner helping organisations become Future Ready. Today.

What we are here to do

Mission and vision

Mission

To help businesses understand and meet their digital needs — combining audience research with strategic, creative, technical, and AI-powered implementation expertise. We embed intelligence into delivery: not as an add-on, but as a core part of how we build.

Vision

To create a place where creativity, quality and intelligence thrive together — where AI amplifies what skilled people do rather than replacing them, and where clients leave with products that are faster, smarter and more resilient than what existed before.

Our approach to work

Agile, from discovery through to support

We follow Agile and Scrum methodologies across every service area, in four stages that run in cycles rather than in a straight line.

01
Discovery

Understanding client needs, business goals and target…

02
Accelerate

Briefs go through our creative accelerator process, so…

03
Agile Build

Iterative development cycles that keep the product…

04
Support

Continuous monitoring, updates and support after…

01 / 04
Discovery

Understanding client needs, business goals and target audience through in-depth research and workshops.

Oxytal AI Lab

AI & Agentic Engineering

In 2024 we formalised what had been growing quietly inside Oxytal into a dedicated practice: the AI Lab. It builds agentic platforms, autonomous pipelines, and intelligent products — for clients and as our own shipped software.

Agentic AI is not a feature — it is an architecture. We design systems where AI agents handle defined stages of a workflow autonomously, with human approval gates at the points that matter. The result is delivery that is faster, more consistent, and fully auditable.

Our flagship product, ForgePipeline, is the clearest expression of this approach. A Confluence requirements page enters at one end. A reviewed, tested GitHub pull request exits at the other — in fourteen minutes, through eight specialised AI agents, with no human coordination in between and a complete audit trail throughout.

We apply the same principles to client engagements: document intelligence, SharePoint governance automation, action tracking for CXO teams, workforce management, and custom agent pipelines built around your data and your process.

What the AI Lab builds

01Agentic pipelines

Multi-stage autonomous workflows where each agent handles one domain — requirements, design, code, review — with handoffs that are logged and gated.

02Document intelligence

Systems that read, classify, extract and act on unstructured documents — contracts, reports, specifications — at scale and with full provenance.

03Enterprise integrations

AI agents connected to your existing stack — SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Graph — reading and writing through controlled, auditable channels.

04Shipped AI products

We prove our methods by building and operating our own products: ForgePipeline, ActionPulse, SamVault — each is a live reference implementation of the approach.

Products built and operated in-house

We build what we recommend. Every product here started as a client problem we kept seeing. Shipping them ourselves keeps our advice grounded in what actually ships, not what sounds plausible.
